In August 2009, The Bone Room budded off a whole new operation right next door. We took over the neighboring space in our building (The Herschel Building) at 1573 Solano, and are now offering Natural History oriented art openings, book signings, academic lectures, and courses every Thursday evening.

The Bone Room just receive a stock of rare Kapalas - Tibetan decorated human skull caps, & Yamas - Tibetan decorated human skulls. Steeped in Tibetan Buddhist imagerey, though they came from china, these skulls are a rare, if not unique aquisition.
